What Goes Into Our Clothes
Our wool is sourced from Australia and Inner Mongolia. Our cotton comes from Xinjiang. Our knits are made in TongXiang and ZhongShan. We don't own the farms. We just pick the best materials and let them speak for themselves.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. We offer a 14-day return policy for items in original condition with no product damage.
When will I get my order?
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days. After that, shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. We use UPS or DHL once shipment enters the country. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Where are your products manufactured?
We manufacture in a long‑term partner facility in China, chosen for its craftsmanship and attention to detail. Every material is deliberately sourced, and we invest heavily in quality control at every stage. Our co‑founder Bob Chen studied materials and personally guides our fabric development, ensuring that what we make is built to last.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for purchases over $250 USD. For purchases below it, a fixed charge of $20 USD is applied. Shipping is Deliver Duty Prepaid (DDP). No import tax will be charged to customer during arrival.
