Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Jurey & Co. The following terms and conditions apply to the shipping and delivery of products purchased from our store.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase confirmation.

  • Processing time refers to the period between payment confirmation and handover to the carrier. It does not include transit time.

  • Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your payment is successfully processed.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the total order value.

International Orders:

  • Shipping Rate: Calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

  • Free Shipping: Also applies to international orders over $250 USD (standard shipping only).


3. International Shipping, Taxes & Customs

Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders shipped outside of Mainland China, the following may apply upon arrival:

  • Seller's Responsibility: All customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the seller.

  • Included: These charges are included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout. 

Depending on the destination and carrier, international orders may be shipped under one of the following terms:

Currently, most of our international shipments use DDP. If you prefer DDU shipping (duties unpaid), please contact us before placing your order.

Important Note: For DDP shipments, Shopify may automatically collect destination country sales tax at checkout where applicable. This will be clearly shown during checkout.


4. Shipping Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times

We partner with major international carriers, including but not limited to SF Express, China Post. Standard shipping is listed for all regular checkouts, if you want Expedited Shipping, please contact support@jureynco.com before your purchase.

Please Note: International delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Estimates are not guaranteed.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number(s)

  • Link to the carrier's tracking page

You can monitor your package's progress online. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.


6. Shipping Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).

  • Provide your order number and any supporting evidence (photos/video of damage).

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arrange a replacement/refund as appropriate.

Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Customs Delays

  • Delays caused by customs inspections, holds, or other regulatory processes are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for such delays.


7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to countries or regions under international sanctions.

  • Certain products may be restricted from import by your local laws. Please check your local regulations before ordering.


8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
