About Jurey & Co.

The way we see it:

  • Materials first. If the fabric isn't good, nothing else matters.

  • No branding. You're not a billboard.

  • Old money, new execution. Classic shapes, better sourcing.

Jurey & Co. started the way most honest businesses do—out of frustration.

Our co-founder, Bob Chen, studied fashion and material science. But when he looked at the market, he saw the same thing everywhere: high prices for mediocre quality, logos plastered on cheap fabrics, and a whole lot of noise. So he started traveling.

Across China, from the wool markets of Inner Mongolia to the cotton ginners in Xinjiang and the linen workshops down south, Bob spent years building relationships with real mills and family operations. Not faceless suppliers—actual people who've been working with fibers their whole lives.

The same yarn trusted by Europe's top houses. But our standards don't stop in Inner Mongolia. For cotton, we go to Xinjiang for long-staple fibers that hold their shape wash after wash. For wool, we work with importers like Zhongyin and Consinee, who connect us directly to the growers and graders on the ground. No middlemen taking a cut. No guesswork. We buy it direct, we know exactly where it came from, and you feel that decision every single time you put it on.

Today, we partner directly with workshops in Zhongshan and Tongxiang. Nothing fancy, just controlled. We buy fabric direct, we cut out the middlemen, and we make simple, well-fitted pieces in cashmere, wool, cotton, linen, and whatever else wears well. No logos. No seasonal hype. Just clothes that hold up and drape right.

Quality control isn't a department here—it's Bob standing over the table. He knows the stitching, the fabric hand-feel, and every zipper, button, and lining that goes into a piece. If a seam puckers or a trim feels cheap, it doesn't get listed. Simple as that. We'd rather sell nothing than sell something we wouldn't wear ourselves.

(From factory to customer)

We price the way we do because we cut out everyone who doesn't touch the fabric. No agents. No distributors. No one taking a cut between the Consinee wool in Tongxiang and the box that lands at your door. Bob works directly with the workshops and inspects the goods himself. If the stitching or the trim isn't right, it never sees a listing.

That's it. You're paying for fiber, labor, and fit—not a marketing department or a marble-floored flagship. Honest clothes, honestly priced. Nothing more, nothing less. Thanks for reading. Now go feel something good.

Jurey & Co. Wear it because it feels good. Not because it's loud.
